Become an Affiliate

By joining the Wear Mahenoor Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. Please review them carefully to understand your responsibilities, limitations, and benefits as an affiliate partner.

1. Registration in the Program

• To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form and wait for approval from our team.
• Wear Mahenoor reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to promote Wear Mahenoor products in an ethical and truthful manner.
This includes:

• Sharing accurate and honest information about our clothing and product categories.
• Avoiding spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Not making false claims, fake discounts, or any promotions that may harm Wear Mahenoor’s reputation.
• Complying with all local laws, digital advertising rules, and platform-specific policies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program.

3. Affiliate Links

• After approval, each affiliate receives a unique referral link used to track sales.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to use the correct link when promoting Wear Mahenoor.
• Wear Mahenoor is not responsible for missed commissions due to incorrect link usage, user error, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Commissions

• Affiliates earn a commission on every valid and completed order made through their referral link.
• Self-purchases, fraudulent transactions, canceled orders, returns, and incomplete payments do not qualify for commission.
• The exact commission percentage will be shared on the program info page or upon approval.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are processed monthly. Payments are released for the previous month’s earnings.
• Payouts are made once your total earnings reach the minimum threshold of Rs. 2000.
• Payments are sent through PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved payment method.
• Affiliates must provide accurate payout information and update details when needed.
• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying taxes according to their jurisdiction. Wear Mahenoor does not deduct taxes unless legally required.

6. Termination of Agreement

• Wear Mahenoor may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account at any time, with or without notice, for violating program rules.
• Affiliates may leave the program at any time by submitting a written request.
• Once removed, affiliates will lose access to their tracking link and will not earn further commissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Wear Mahenoor is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from participation in the program.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the affiliate portal or tracking system due to possible technical issues.

8. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree to keep confidential any information shared through the program, including sales data, discount structures, commission details, and marketing resources.
• Affiliates may not share this information with third parties without written consent from Wear Mahenoor.

9. Modification of Terms

• Wear Mahenoor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of major updates via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
